if the item is in stock, please give me at least 1 week to package and ship (again, 2-3 weeks for international).

Currently, shipping to the USA is starting at $4.25 USD and everywhere else is starting at $12 USD
I put the wrong address! what do I do?
Please!!!!! Email me immediately with address changes. and be 1000% sure with your address at time placing order to prevent in the future. If address is not corrected before I ship, it is out of my hands til the parcel is returned to me. At that time, I will contact you about shipment processes.
packages once out of my hands are no longer my responsibility. Please understand, I will do what I can to rectify any situation; but if it is lost or stolen, only USPS could *possibly* provide answers.
do you ever run promotions?
Yes! :) if you unfortunately forget to add a code or miss out, I apologize. But I cannot add discounts to previous orders.

how do you grade your pins?
pins are graded to these standards (note: my grading scale may differ from other grading scales):
standard as no pin is 'perfect' these are best of batch, but may have small, minimal flaws such as buffing, tiny bubbles. Correct enamel, even enamel fill, uniform plating
b grade/cgrade slightly larger marks on enamel, scuffs, slight over/underfill of enamel
